1. Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pjok and the users ("User" or "Member") of the pjok platform and all services operated under it. The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to pjok's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has created a registered account on pjok.
• "Service" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and all other entertainment activities available on the platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's pjok account, with any bonus balance identified separately.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds or benefits granted by pjok to members, usable subject to specific conditions.

These Terms apply to all services provided through the pjok platform. Browsing the website, creating an account, or using any service will be considered the user's acceptance of these Terms. If a user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they are requested to refrain from using the service.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual must create a separate account to use pjok's services. At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one pjok account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the balances in them may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use one device or one network, pjok Support must be informed in advance.

2.3 Account Security

It is each member's own responsibility to keep their password and login details completely confidential. Account details must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, pjok's support team must be notified immediately. The member concerned is fully responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

2.4 Identity Verification

pjok reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. As part of verification, a copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested. Withdrawal requests may be held pending until identity verification is complete.

3. Age and Eligibility

All pjok services are for individuals aged 21 or above only. Minors creating accounts or using the service is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, the member must confirm that they are at least 21 years old.

pjok may verify a member's age at any time. pjok reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if sufficient proof cannot be provided. Protecting minors from gambling is one of our primary responsibilities — pjok's Responsible Gaming Policy covers this in detail.

Additionally, pjok reserves the right to restrict or suspend services for residents of certain regions. pjok currently serves users primarily in Bangladesh.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Members can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay to deposit funds on the pjok platform. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name — deposits via third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Members can withdraw funds from their account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment account used to make the deposit.

4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

The member must confirm that the funds they are depositing come from a legitimate source. In the case of suspicious transactions, pjok may request additional information for verification and may put withdrawals on hold if necessary.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering and time-limit conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is claimed.
• No bet placed using a bonus balance may be cancelled or hedged.
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud and all accounts will be cancelled.
• The final decision to grant or cancel any bonus rests with pjok.
• If a request is made to close an account with an active bonus before wagering is complete, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.3 Promotional Offers

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless pjok itself cancels it for a specific reason. If an order is not completed due to a technical issue, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Participating in match fixing or fraudulent activities.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Betting on behalf of a third party or using their funds.

6.3 Finality of Results

In any dispute regarding game results and bet settlement, pjok's decision will be considered final. Results are determined in line with official data sources.

6.4 Game Fairness

All games offered on pjok are developed by certified software developers and use their own RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each game's result is entirely independent and does not depend on the outcome of previous rounds.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by pjok

pjok may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity.
• Evidence of an account being operated by a minor.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.

7.2 Closure by Member

Any member who wishes to close their account may request this via pjok's live chat or email. If all wagering conditions have been met before account closure, it will be possible to withdraw the valid balance.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Any member experiencing gambling-related problems may activate self-exclusion for a set period. pjok's support team is available around the clock to assist with this.

8. Data Protection

Members' personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be provided in response to legal obligations or regulatory requirements. Member data is used for service improvement and security purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The pjok platform is an entertainment service. There is a risk of losing money when gambling, and it is each member's own responsibility to play with awareness of this risk.

• pjok is not liable for any financial losses a member incurs from gambling.
• If a bet is voided due to an internet disconnection or technical issue, only the original stake for that bet will be returned.
• pjok is not responsible for losses arising from third-party interference or account details falling into someone else's hands.
• pjok may temporarily suspend the service for any reason and no compensation will be provided for this.

10. Changes to Terms

pjok reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. After changes take effect, the updated version will be published on the website. Members are encouraged to visit this page regularly to stay informed of the latest Terms.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered the member's acceptance of those changes. If a member objects to any change, they must contact pjok Support.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these Terms must first be attempted to be resolved through pjok's customer service team. pjok's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of any specific bonus or promotion published by pjok together form the entire agreement between the user and pjok. If any single clause of this agreement becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain valid.
